Geomagnetism and Geospace

The division uses satellites and ground-based measuring stations to explore and map the Earth's magnetic field. The research provides insight into changes in the magnetic field and processes coupled to the sun. The division conducts research and consultancy tasks relating to the Earth's magnetic field and the use of satellite-based systems for technological innovations and space safety. It is one of six at DTU Space.
